Food: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars Service 3.5 stars Value: 3 Stars The joint seems to be a local hangout for locals. Each time we go the staff and customers knew each other by name and were close. That's a good sign. The burgers here are great. We've never been disappointed but be prepared to pay extra for add-ons. The fries are ok and the onion rings are so-so but the shakes are great! They also serve beer if that's what you like with your burger. They also serve set specials for dinner each day of the week but we've never tried those. Paying your bill by cash gets you a slight discount (the inverse of a surcharge for using a credit card I guess. Each time our bill was over $75 for two double cheeseburgers with add ons and fries plus a couple of beers or shakes. It is pricier than we like but we'll be back when we want really good burgers and vibes.

I definitely enjoyed my burger and milkshake! The menu had lots of stuff and the waitress recommended a breakfast burger. It was HUGE! Chocolate shake was thick and pretty good. Service was okay. Ambiance was "diner decor."

Big portions and great prices. The staff were so nice and the only problem is that there are so many options! The place is cozy and reminds me of going to grab a burger with my grandfather when I was really young. Feels like a family spot!

Sooooo good!! This burger is hefty and hearty and made to perfection! It's been a while since a had a good burger this size. I had the western burger and the pinion ring with perfect and the bacon wasn't too crispy but not too fatty either! And with the contents and its size you'd expect a MESS. But I didn't spill out any of the insides! My coworkers rave about the mushroom burger also

After having skipped breakfast because we thought we were headed to a car show only to discover we had the date wrong, we decided to stop into D's Giant Burgers for brunch. Our party of 4 all ordered burgers and shared a waffle. I had the mushroom burger (add jalapeño) and it was really good. The hubby had a regular hamburger (split with his mom) and the daughter had the chili burger. The waffle came out last because they had to heat up the waffle iron (we showed up well after the breakfast crowd) but we were pleasantly surprised... perfectly crisp on the outside and most inside. Everyone enjoyed the food but we were in agreement that there wasn't anything giant about the burger. Although it was just average, it was a nice change from the norm and we would definitely go back! Love supporting local businesses!
